Our cleaners come fully equipped with the necessary tools and cleaning products to ensure a thorough cleaning of your home. If you prefer the use of green cleaning products exclusively, please inform us before the service begins. Should you opt to provide your own cleaning supplies, please note that we are not liable for any damage associated with those products. In such cases, we kindly request that you have your cleaning chemicals and supplies readily available to facilitate a smooth and efficient cleaning service.

Our pricing covers all labor, cleaning supplies, and equipment needed for the job. Additional services or special requests may incur extra charges, which will be discussed with you beforehand.

Absolutely! We strive to arrive punctually for all scheduled appointments. In the rare event of any unexpected delays, we’ll communicate with you promptly to keep you informed. We have a 2 hour window arrival for any traffic or delays.

While it’s not necessary for you to be present, many of our clients choose to provide us with access instructions and trust us to clean their homes or businesses in their absence. You’re welcome to be present if you prefer.

Your credit card will be charged after the cleaning service is completed. You’ll receive an email receipt for your records.

We understand that plans can change, so we have a cancellation policy in place. Please refer to our policy for details on cancellations and any applicable fees. In the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, a $50 cancellation fee may be charged. This fee can be processed via invoice or the card on file. Any deposits or credit card holds will be refunded or released accordingly. The cancellation fee may also apply in other circumstances, as outlined elsewhere in this Terms of Service agreement.

We’re pet-friendly! If you have pets, we’ll work around them during the cleaning process. Just let us know if there are any specific instructions or concerns regarding your pets.

The number of cleaners sent to your home depends on the size of the job and your specific cleaning needs. We’ll assign an appropriate team to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning.

We recommend scheduling appointments as far in advance as possible to secure your preferred date and time. However, we also accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.

Our office hours for scheduling appointments and inquiries are from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. During these hours, you can reach us via phone, email, or our online booking platform. For communication outside of office hours, we offer 24-hour support via email.

If parking is required, please provide us with parking instructions or arrangements prior to our arrival to ensure smooth access for our cleaning crew.

We strive to provide consistency by assigning the same cleaning team to your home whenever possible. However, in some cases, there may be substitutions due to scheduling or other factors.

While we offer a comprehensive range of cleaning services, there may be some specialized or hazardous cleaning tasks that we do not provide. Please inquire about specific services if you have any questions.

We prioritize the security of your home and handle keys and access information with care. We can arrange for key pickup, use lockboxes, or follow any specific instructions you provide for access.
